From the dawn of time to its future end one great story is being told. This story is no fairytale. It’s a true story: it’s God’s story. In beautiful and stunning detail the Bible’s sixty-six books articulate how this story began and will end, who the story is ultimately about, and how we become part of the story. Rather than a disconnected series of odd and unrelated incidents, the Bible’s many teachings, events, and people find their meaning in the story’s hero – Jesus Christ. Our place, meaning, and value are found in Jesus as well. In this teaching series we will listen as God passionately invites us to believe, trust, and daily live in his story. His story is true and it is for his glory and our eternal good. We can join in this great story centered on Jesus or we can settle for a tiny part in the little story of self.
