Merry Christmas from the staff of Church on Mill!

When Jesus was born, the angels declared, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!” (Luke 2:14).

How can we have peace this Christmas? In other words, how can we be one with whom God is pleased? By putting our faith in Jesus Christ: all that he is and all that he did. With this faith, peace with God and his people is ours already. Today, this Christmas Day, we have peace.

Dearly beloved, with Jesus, your place before God is settled as his child forever. All hardship is a vapor, and eternal joy is your end. This is Christmas.
