Dear Church Family,
Colossians 3:1-17
On Easter Sunday we looked at Col. 3 and considered how the resurrection changes people. An incredible part of the resurrection is that God makes us new people whose lives are interconnected and hidden in Christ’s life. This means we have a new identity and therefore we live in a new way as we actively put away our old life and put on our new life. How do we live this practically though? By setting our minds on things above, namely on Jesus Christ. You can check out the sermon here.
Membership Class
Church on Mill exists to glorify God through lives changed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe one of the ways we do that is by being interconnected to the people of God through Church membership. If you’ve ever wondered, “What is a church is for?” or “Why is being a church member important to the christian life?” then this weekend would be a great opportunity to have those questions answered. Saturday the 27th from 9am-4pm we will have a membership class in the west wing. For more information you can find it on our website. I hope to see you there.
Your Brother in Christ,
Brandon
