Pastor Tad taught us the difference between the works of the flesh and the fruit of the spirit last Sunday. Basically, we can equate the works of the flesh to vegetables. Well, Tad didn’t say that, so if you want to know what the difference really is, you can listen to the sermon here.
Members Meeting
Join us for the last Members Meeting of 2019 this Sunday, December 8th, at 6:00pm. Bring a dessert to share! We’ll dive into some really important and meaningful end-of-the-year topics, as well as discuss the potential governance changes and a new Elder Candidate. Our church family is consistently encouraged and brought closer together because of the time we spend together in Members Meetings, so we look forward to seeing you there!
As we are now immersed in the Christmas season, may you find moments each day to rest in the great peace that our savior provides by giving us a settled seat at our Father’s table. May you know that, through Jesus who made himself a child for you, you are God’s beloved child, no matter the feelings this season brings. Whether your joy is uncontainable, your stress is unquenchable, or your sadness makes most moments unenjoyable, you are secure and beloved.
