Church family,

Last Sunday, we gathered twice. In the morning, we came for a sermon on Jesus’ authority over doctrine, disease, and demons. If you missed it, listen in. In the evening during the Members Meeting, we welcomed new members, talked with the Hoshiwaras, and covered a few other items. Our time together is so precious, as we are not only united to God, but each other.

Serving Positions Open

Several opportunities to love others in the church family through serving have opened up. We need a children’s helper and a preschool helper on Wednesday nights. Email here to help. ProPresenter runner (the slides!), a pair of greeters, and a pair of fellowship team members are needed on Sundays. If you able to fill one of these needs, which each minister uniquely to the rest of the body, please jump in by emailing here.

Why Does God Do What He Does? (This Saturday!)

If you’ve ever felt confused by what’s happening around you or what happened in the Bible, this Intensive morning is for you. We’ll meet this Saturday, January 29th from 9:00am-12:30pm in the auditorium. Dr. Michael Thigpen, who has spent his academic career studying the motives of God, will guide us.

“Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine,” (Isaiah 43:1).

Your sister,

Gracie
