Brothers and Sisters,

Last Sunday

On Christmas Eve, Pastor Chuck shared with us the message of John 10:1-21. Here we see an astoundingly beautiful picture: Jesus is our good shepherd. He feeds us, waters us, gives us shelter, tends to our injuries, and protects us. He is the good shepherd who lays down his life for his sheep. This is in stark contrast to menacing shepherds who do the opposite. Listen to the sermon for more on what it means to have a shepherd like Jesus.

New Year’s Eve

Join us this Sunday at 10:30 for a light breakfast before our gathering at 11:15am (we’ll just be having one gathering due to the holiday). Praise God that we are privileged to start another year with our church family! May the Lord use us to bless more of the valley with his gospel in 2018.

End of Year Contributions

This week our church office is closed for Christmas. However, for end of year financial contributions, the office will be open from 8:30-11:30am on Thursday, the 28th.

Spring Disciplemakers Launch Night

Spring Launch Night for Disciplemakers 2 and 4 is on January 10th from 6:30-8:00pm in the auditorium. Get next semester’s syllabus, ask questions, and talk about the material. Come to this time if you are curious, if you are interested, or if you are definitely taking one of the classes.
