Church Family,

Last Sunday, Daniel 7 served as an introduction to the concept of biblical writing that pushes us to see, hear, taste, and touch the truths of God’s kingdom: apocalyptic literature. God’s victory over all kingdoms becomes stunningly apparent through this expressive writing. For help reading Daniel 7-12, we made an article and guide for you. Check them out! Listen again to Sunday’s sermon here, and check out the Q&A. Sign up for Sunday here.

Members Meeting

On Sunday night, we welcomed eight new members into our body. We’ll live life with them, rejoicing while they rejoice and weeping when they weep. We’ll read, pray, and serve together. Pastor Chuck also gave a talk on the one year anniversary of COVID affecting our church life, encouraging us toward adapting and moving forward in God’s new provision.

Newcomers Open House

This Sunday, we’ll have a small reception between gatherings in the West Wing for those who have been visiting or attending Church on Mill but haven’t yet become members. If you meet someone, be sure to welcome them and direct them to this opportunity to meet some pastors and staff.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all,” (2 Corinthians 13:14).

Your sister,

Gracie
