Our International Collegiate Ministry

Campus ministry for global church impact

Our church family gathers right across the street from the university with the largest international student population in the nation, and we love serving international students and welcoming them into every part of our church life. We do this through Life Among the Nations, Church on Mill’s international collegiate ministry devoted primarily to serving ASU Tempe.

Mission

Life Among the Nations exists to glorify God by making life-long disciples of Jesus Christ at Arizona State University through the proclamation of the gospel and the building up of the local church, both here and around the world.

Know

God’s Word

We are dedicated to engaging college students with the Gospel and seek to bring about a  response in repentance and faith that Jesus is both Lord and Savior (Rom. 10:9). We believe that when we faithfully teach God’s Word, God works to both save and to transform (Rom. 10:17, 2 Tim. 3:16-17). Therefore, we commit to faithfully teaching the Scriptures, and trusting God for the heart work of transformation (1 Cor. 3:5-9). Add something on hospitality

Grow

God’s Church

We believe that the local church is not only God’s plan to reach the university, but also the best context for discipleship and growth (Eph. 3:10). We believe that every Christian needs a church home, so we desire for college students who have committed themselves to Christ to also commit to His church through meaningful membership. We encourage students to prioritize God and to live life with His people as they navigate busy school, work, and social schedules. God’s Word and Spirit working through his church will cause supernatural growth.

Go

God’s Mission

We believe that the love of Christ compels us to share the gospel through the multiplication of local churches around the world. As students come to know God and mature in their faith, we will equip them to go and share the gospel with others. In doing this, we hope to be obedient in making disciples and teaching others to do the same (Matt. 28:18-20). When international students return home we desire to send them out as indigenous missionaries that impact the world in ways that we never could. We praise God for the ways that he is using our ministry to impact churches all over the world.
